- Mid-cutover on the public GraphQL replatforming at the marketplace. Diff pipeline running 24/7, traffic ramping by consumer cohort behind feature toggles, schema-drift monitor on two rails.
- Scaling Claude Code agents from the pilot squad to four more. The build-doctor, RBAC validator, and PR-review agents earned their spots; one migration agent is back in eval.
- Coaching six engineers through senior promotion cycles. Pairing on a seventh toward staff.

- This portfolio. Phase D: depth pages, freshness signals, real-time footer. The site itself is a working demo of the stack.
- Reading: 'Resilient Management' (Lara Hogan) for the fifth time, 'The Goal' (Goldratt) for the first.
- Light advisory on a friend's seed-stage tool, one architecture review every few weeks.
Personal
- Berlin trips most Mondays. The relocation case is more concrete every quarter.
- Learning German verbs that aren't in tutorials. 'sich auseinandersetzen mit' is a personal favourite.
- Trying to run three times a week. The rate this month is two.
